OREANDA-NEWS. On January 14, 2007 Chimfarm JSC (Shymkent), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official list, had informed KASE by the official letter that on January 11, 2008 on the prescheduled general meeting of shareholders of the company was accepted the decision  about stoppage of authorities of member of Directors' board Baymukanov Syzdyk and selection of Baygarin Rustam to the staff of Directors' board, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Chimfarm JSC had also informed that it was accepted the decision to enclose big deal with Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty).
