On January 11, 2007 BTA ORIX Leasing JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, informed KASE by the official letter about change of the registrar from Register-Center JSC (Almaty) to Perviy nezavisimiy registrator JSC (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

Agency contract with Perviy nezavisimiy registrator JSC for rendering services of register system keeping and keeping of security holders register system had been concluded on January 8 of 2008.
