Kazakhtelecom Starts Support Service for Users of "Megaline"
OREANDA-NEWS. On January 11, 2007 Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the press-release in which is informed that since September 1, 2007 is acting the free information service of "Megaline", reported the press-centre of KASE.
By information of the company the given service provides information support to new and existing subscribers of "Megaline" in questions about connection to service and using of it.
"Subscribers, addressing to the service, may receive the detailed information about service "Megaline" and ADSL technology; availability/absence of technical possibility of provision of given service; parameters of modem tuning; prices for clients' equipment in dealer sales' offices; addresses and work schedule of dealer sales' offices in regions of republic; tariffs and terms of tariffing; terms of bids' examination and connecting to the service; list of necessary documents for registration of service; addresses and schedule of work of subscribers' departments, service-office, points of telecommunication services provision, acceptance of payments of own and side network of service of Kazakhtelecom JSC", - is noted in the press-release.
Service is working from 09:00 till 23:00 o'clock every day, including days off. In the nearest time it is expected that the service will work all day round.
