OREANDA-NEWS. On January 11, 2007 Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) had published on its web site the Code of corporate management (Code), actualized in accordance with decision of Issuers' council dated July 3, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Edition of code is not totally coincide with original due to change of format, correction of misprints and grammar mistakes, and also edition of Code in order to provide the uniform writing of words and phrases.
