According to international market research company "GfK Custom Research", Latvian residents consider the JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" to be the second most popular bank in Latvia. 11% of all Latvian resident consider the JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" their main bank, reported the press-centre of "Latvijas Krajbanka".

The same number of residents have chosen "SEB" Latvijas Unibanku", leaving behind "Parex banka", which ranked the third place. Only "Hansabanka" is ahead of the JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" in popularity.

Hereto, Latvian residents, when compared to Lithuanians and Estonians, were very critical toward their banks, scrupulously assessing different bank business segments - service quality, prices, service culture, etc.

According to the research data, the banking services are used by 97% of Estonian residents, 87% of Lithuanian residents, and by 81% of Latvian residents.
