OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2007. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will grant credits to Odesa, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr, acting Deputy Chief of the EBRD Municipal and Ecological Entity Department Genry Russel said, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

The EBRD will sign an agreement with these cities to provide them with credits to update heat and water supple systems.

The credit will valuate from 8 to 12 bn EUR for 15 years.
