OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2007. The next sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers will probably deal with including Luhanskteplovoz into the program of privatization 2008, First Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchynov told a press conference, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

As he specified, the Government is working toward specification of the 2008 privatization program. "Sure, those enterprises, which have been illegally withdrawn from national property will be included into the privatization plan basing on court rulings, they will be offered for transparent auctions," he noted.

On January 10 the Supreme Court of Ukraine adopted the final ruling recognizing the privatization of 76% shares of the holding company Luhanskteplovoz by the Russian closed joint-stock company Bryansk Engineering Plant as illegal and returned it to the national property.
