OREANDA-NEWS. January 12, 2008. On 16-17 January 2008, in Chisinau (Republic of Moldova), an international workshop for the RCC CAs specialists “Economic viability of postal network” will take place, the RCC press service informs.

Among the questions to be discussed during the workshop there are the postal sector contribution to economic and social development of a country (education, health care, transport, house building, etc.), postal environment and necessity to go ahead, ensuring financial and economic state for the national postal operator under the conditions of market relations and universal services obligations, proposals for Terminal Dues System improvement within the framework of preparations for the 24th UPU Congress.
