OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2008. By order of General Director of JSC "Generation Company" Ildus Rafisovich Mullagaliev was appointed the Director оf Nizhnekamsk Hydro Power Plant, former Deputy Director for general issues and capital construction of Nizhnekamsk HPP. I. R. Mullagaliev is a lawyer by education, he finished Kazan State University. He worked in taxation bodies of the Republic. At the beginning of 2002 Ildus Rafisovich was appointed the Director for the Company of Procurements and Supplies of GUP PEO "Tatenergo".

The change of the manager of Nizhnekamsk HPP is caused by resign of Director of HPP Rafic Aisin due to expiration of his term, according to Clause 2 of Article 77 of Labor Code of Russian Federation.

Rafic Gilmutdinovich took part in the plant construction, and later within 20 last years directed it. For many year labor and big achievements he was awarded the honorable titles "The Oldest Power Engineering Specialist of Tatarstan", "Honored Power Engineering Specialist of Republic of Tatarstan", " Honored Staff of Mintopenergo" and awarded many medals.

General Director of JSC "Generation Company" highly appreciates the activities of Rafic Gilmutdinovich at the position of manager of the company and expresses the warm words of thanks.
