OREANDA-NEWS. On January 10, 2008 the management of Machine Building Plant ZiO-Podolsk OJSC summed up the results of the Dec 27 special meeting of its shareholders.

OREANDA-NEWS, January 11, 2008. The shareholders decided to reduce the board of directors. The new board comprises the deputy director general of Atomenergoprom OJSC Kirill Komarov, the director general of Atomenergomash OJSC Vladimir Kaschenko, the director general of EMAlliance-Atom OJSC Boris Vasilyev, the director for economy and finance of Atomenergomasn OJSC Tatiana Gorshenina, the director for corporate management of Atomenergomash OJSC Sergey Kuleshov, the head of the legal department of Atomenergomash OJSC Sergey Ponomaryov, the financial director of EMAlliance-Atom OJSC Yelena Shmonova, the deputy chairman of the board of Gazprombank OJSC Farid Kantserov and the director general of Forpost-Management CJSC Vladimir Yurkov.
 
On Jan 1 the chief engineer of ZiO-Podolsk Yuri Nikanorov was appointed as the director general of the plant.

The director general of ZiO-Podolsk Vladimir Belousov was appointed as the executive director of EMAlliance-Atom and the head of a newly formed department for placement of orders. The department has been formed with a view to enhance the efficiency of the plant’s cooperation with supplier-companies under the newly launched federal target program for the development of the nuclear industry of Russia in 2007–2015 and to meet the growing demand in the energy sector.

ZiO-Podolsk is part of EMAlliance-Atom, which owns 78.6% of the plant and 96% of ZIOMAR engineering company. 50%+1 share of EMAlliance-Atom belong to Atomenergomash. Atomenergomash is a holding specializing in production of equipment for nuclear and thermal power plants. Aromenergomash is 100% subsidiary of TVEL, which is part of Atomenergoprom.
