OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2008. During January-December 2007, up to 3 770 requests for excise marks have been submitted to the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance. On a basis of these requests there were given out 471, 776, 443 excise marks. The mobilized sum in the budget amounts 184 115, 443.24 GEL (In 2006, in the same period the mobilized sum amounts to 132, 079, 671.13 GEL).

During Twelve months in 2007:

476 requests for excise marks for local tobacco. 247, 393, 971 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 85, 096, 466.50 GEL (same period of 2006 year 62, 921, 785.25 GEL);

242 requests for excise marks for imported tobacco. 111, 092, 126 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 67, 186, 587.50 GEL (same period of 2006 year: 41, 514, 141.00 GEL);

2012 requests for excise marks for local alcohol drinks. 20, 575, 048 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 13, 093 432.51GEL (same period of 2006 year11 846 454.59GEL);

315 requests for excise marks for imported alcohol drinks. 4, 386, 949 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 3 954 943.28 GEL (same period of 2006 year 2 056 742.74GEL);

410 requests for excise marks for local beer. 75, 375, 089 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 12, 762, 837.64 GEL (same period of 2006 year 12, 143, 789.30 GEL);

325 requests for excise marks for imported beer. 12 953 260 excise marks have been given out and total sum mobilized in the budget amounts to 2, 021, 175.81GEL (same period of  2006 year: 1, 596, 484.25 GEL).The comparison of current data to the previous one, underlines the positive trends on increase of budget revenues from realization of excise marks.
