On January 08, 2007 Company for foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that on December 29, 2007 by the company's board of directors was accepted the decision about re-selection of earlier selected company's Board for the new term (three years), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided information since December 29, 2007 the Board of Company for foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC has the next staff:

- Medeusheyeva D.T. - Chairman of Board;

- Kabdenov T.K. - deputy Chairman of Board;
