OREANDA-NEWS. January 10, 2007. Yury Ziubin was born on the 29-th of December in 1951, reported the press-centre of Neman Pulp-and-Paper Mill.

He graduated from Kaliningrad Naval Academy , Faculty of Navigation and majored in engineering and navigation. Yury Ziubin had been doing military service in Navy for 24 years. He had come the way from a navigation officer of a small antisubmarine warfare ship to a senior officer of Office of Personnel Services of Baltic Navy.

“The task of prime importance is introduction of modern systems for adaptation of new employees. The Administration of Kaliningrad region and the Administration of the city of Neman signed the Agreement for employment assistance and social adaptation of participants of the state program for voluntary migration of compatriots living abroad to the RF. It is necessary to formulate criteria for providing the employees of NPPM with housing that will be built by the “North-West Timber Company in future”, Yury Ziubin said.

Yury Ziubin is going to revive the patronage of Neman schools for preparing the future workers for the mill. Yury Ziubin in cooperation with the Administration of the city of Neman works at the foundation of the Youth Parliament where the youth from NPPM will work.
