OREANDA-NEWS. January 9, 2008.  For 11 months 2007 the Tyumen TPS-1, TPS-2 and the Tobolsk TPS, entering into structure JSC "Territorial generating company № 10", have produce on 7,2 % of more electric power by the side of similar period of 2006. Total generation of power stations for the specified period has made 10 milliards 716, 239 million kW h.

Necessity of increase in generation of the electric power is dictated by the conserved tendency of growth energy consumption in Tyumen region. In the end of November of current year the consumption in region has reached 10 449 megawatt and continues to grow. Basically, growth is connected with increase in volumes of manufacture of the enterprises of an oil and gas complex. In autumn-winter transitional period of 2007-2008 consumption electric and thermal energy will increase also.

TGC-10 undertakes measures on reliable maintenance with the electric power their consumers. At all stations of the company qualitatively and in time have made works on preparation for a cold season, concluded agreements on delivery of the basic fuel - gas, contents of emergency fuel are made.
In the long term TGC-10 will increase production of the electric power at the expense of new generation. Now only in the Tyumen region the company realizes four large projects on generation development. Works on building are conducted of the second block steam gas installations on the Tyumen TPS-1. Its input planned for 2009, will allow to increase capacity of station on 190 MVт. Works on building bottom turbine with capacity 210 МVт on Tobolsk TPS also will finish in 2009. In 2012 it is planned to construct and start the fifth power block of the Tyumen TPS-2 by capacity 450 МVт. The largest project of the company in region is building of the Njagansky state district power station. Delivery of the first turn - three power blocks by total capacity 1200 МVт is planned for 2010-2012.
