OREANDA-NEWS. On January 04, 2007 Megabank Public Limited Company signed the general contract on refinancing and servicing of mortgage credits with State hypothecary institution, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

This means that one can obtaine real estate at the secondary market on credit or obtain a credit to ameliorate one’s housing conditions.

By the terms of the contract such type of credits will be given in national currency (UAH) for 5 till 30 years at the interest 12,8% per annum. Minimum amount of a credit is 25 000 UAH.
