OREANDA-NEWS. January 09, 2007. According to the Deputy Chairwoman of Ukrsotsbank Iryna Kniazeva, this year Ukrsotsbank will concentrate more attention to improvement of service and making existing products more functional, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

“We will do everything to make services in the bank even more convenient -  Iryna Kniazeva said. -Thus, the order of payment cards will be possible through the Internet and Contact Center. SMS banking will become much more functional and informative. We will expand the use of deposit accounts through payment cards. In addition, we will offer new opportunities to owners of salary cards: the introduced loyalty programs will enable them to reduce costs for our other products”.

According to the Deputy Chairwoman of Ukrsotsbank, the joint ATM network of USB and partner banks is dynamically growing and currently makes more than 5.5 thousand ATMs. Here the holders of payment cards can withdraw cash on Ukrsotsbank tariffs. Today ATMs network of USB and its partners is the largest in Ukraine.

“Ukrsotsbank ATMs become ‘smarter’, the number of their functions is growing constantly — Iryna Kniazeva says. — This year we are going to provide service of purchase foreign currency through the ATMs of our bank. Overall, the number of ATMs services, a network of which will grow in the new offices, self-service zones of Ukrsotsbank, trading networks, enterprises -clients of the bank will increase constantly”.
