Territorial administration of the Federal State Statistics Service has reported that in January-November 2007 ESPO’s portion of investment in Amur River basin comprised 26%. Overall increase of investment in the basic capital is concerned with the ESPO project realization in the territory of Amur River basin. 31 186,8 million rubles was invested in economy and social services development or 150,5% comparing to January-November 2006. In January-December 2006 investments were 21,5% lower comparing to the same period of 2005. In January-November the scope of construction works in Amur River basin totaled 19 563,5 million rubles or 111,1% comparing to January-November level of the preceding year.
