Bank of Moscow Informs of Changes in the Ownership Structure
OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2007.Andrey Borodin, President of the Bank of Moscow, and Lev Alaluyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, said that they have gained control over 8.7% of the Bank capital through the companies that own jointly the specified block of shares. This block of shares is allocated between Mr. A. Borodin and Mr. L. Alaluyev in proportion 80 to 20. Later on, if a relevant opportunity arises, the proportion of participation can be increased.
The largest shareholder of the Bank is the Government of Moscow — 43.99%, and also ОАО "Moscow Insurance Company" — 15.37% belonging to company "Stolichnaya Strakhovaya Gruppa" (Capital Insurance Group) that is under control of the Government of Moscow and the Bank of Moscow Group. At present, the Bank has issued 130,000,932 shares with a par value RUR 100 each.
