OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2007. TBC Bank’s new ultra-modern branch opened on December 25, the bank's press service reports. It is the first ever branch of its kind in Georgian banking sector. Only a few leading global banks (Deutsche Bank,  ABN Amro, City Bank and etc.) are operating the ultra-modern barrier-free branches.       

An American Consultancy Company Senteo worked on the concept of TBC Bank’s new branches. TBC Bank’s  new branch is the next best example of the bank’s motivation to make the slogan “My Bank is On My Side” come true. The idea of the initiative is that the client and the staff person make every single decision together.

TBC Bank will open till 40 branches in 2008 and after conducting renovation works of the old branches in 2009. TBC Bank’s new branches offer the following benefits:

Barrier Free Interior - No more security capsules in entrances and glass barriers between the clients and operators. The Joint Decision Making - the staff person and the client will be able to watch the monitor to make the right decision. Advanced Technologies - Instead of traditional cashiers’ the bank will have special banking machines and one person will be in charge of the money deposits and withdrawal operations.Service Administrator- will be responsible for providing the clients with qualified consultancy, assist them in dealing with ATMs and be of any help people need. Child Area -  Each new branch will be equipped with an entertainment area for young visitors. VIP Room- welcomes VIP clients to enjoy exclusive services. 24 Hour Zone- Lobbies at all the branches will be open 24 hours a day and the clients will be able to get the services at Info Kiosks, (Internet and Internet Banking), phone ( free call to the Bank) and ATM.
