On December 26, 2007 Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report of offering the shares of bank dated December 19, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of Kazinvestbank JSC was registered by AFS on February 16, 2007 under number A3562. Issue is divided into 325,000,000 common shares KZ1C35620018.

According to notification of AFS as of November 1, 2007 69,076,131 common shares were offered and 255,923, 869 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital is formed in size of KZT8,488,417,000.00.
