On December 24, 2007 Sergei Ivanov, first deputy PM, and Michael Dmitriev, director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation, gave awards to the “Golden Idea” National Prize winners at the Moscow-based President Hotel, reported the press-centre of Tactical Missiles Corporation.

Boris Obnosov, general director of the Corporation, received the prize in the nomination “For personal contribution, initiative and industriousness in tackling the tacks of military-technical cooperation”.
