OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2007. It is a joint project of the Public Council of Rosatom and Women’s Association of Ozyorsk.

The complex is supposed to improve the quality of the life of the residents of Metlino, to integrate the local community and to reduce the rate of depression and stress among the villagers.

The complex will provide recreation, preventive treatment and social-psychological rehabilitation services with a view to reduce negative effects on the population of the radiation-contaminated territory of Metlino.

Women’s Association of Ozyorsk won the right to carry out the project in a public contest organized by Rosatom’s Public Council.
