OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2007. The fourth section of ATOLL residential complex, in Kharkiv, which comprises office premises with the total area of 1829 sq. m, has been put into commission by TMM Company, the press serv ice of the Company reported. Thus, at present the whole complex has been commissioned.

Construction of the complex was started in 2003. The first section was completed in 2006, the second and third – in 2007. The total area of the object is 34182 sq. m.

ATOLL residential complex is located not far from Poltavskyi Shlyakh Street and Kholodna Hora metro station. The city centre overview can be observed from the upper floor windows of the building (the building consists of three sections: 2-, 9-, and 10-storeyed section) - gardens, parks, cupolas of Blagovischenskyi, Pokrovskyi, Uspenskyi domes, Kharkiv National University.
