On December 25, 2007 BUILD INVESTMENTS GROUP JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's category "B" official list, had notified KASE by the official letter that on December 9, 2007 Board of directors of the company accepted the decision about enclosing of big deal with Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message by the Board of directors was approved the joining of BUILD INVESTMENT GROUP JSC to agreement about opening of credit line with limit of KZT35,689,839,400.00, enclosing between Kazkommertsbank JSC and BI-Group LLP, with accepting of full unite liability to bank by mentioned agreement after BI-Group LLP and all parties uniting to agreement.
