On December 25, 2007 Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, had provided KASE with an extract from the protocol of the bank's Board of directors meeting dated December 21 of 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the presented document, the bank's Board of directors took the decision about early termination of powers of a Board's member of the bank Aleksandr Viktorovich Kostyan since December 24 of 2007.
