OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2007. The President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening ceremony of the Diagnostic and Treatment Center built by SOCAR in Ali-Bayramli. Having presented the new center to the President, SOCAR president Rovnag Abdullayev informed him that construction works took 18 months and the center was supplied with modern equipments and technical devices. In his speech, the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev noted that two more Diagnostic and Treatment Centers financed by SOCAR came into service of people in Lankaran and Nakhchivan. Also, the President marked that construction of 10 more Diagnostic and Treatment Centers had been continuing in the different regions of the country. The President correlated that factor with the interest shown by the government to the health care system of Azerbaijan. To him, once the economy of the country is developed the work processes will be intensified.
