According to legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan on licensing, license granted to Star Alyans Syghorta Shirketi JSC for insurance activity was restored on 19.12.2007 upon order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with removal of cases causing its annulment.
