OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2007. Auditing group TUV СERT recommended the Certification organ TUV СERT to prolong the action of system of quality management Certificate of “Tulachermet” public corporation for one year. Such decision was made after summation of supervision audit, held at “Tulachermet” public corporation. During four days auditors evaluated not only the work of structural subdivisions and processes of system of quality management, but also the improvements, occurred at the factory for the current year. In particular, introduction of new equipment, modern technologies, introduction of system of electronic circulation of documents, new demands in repair organisation. Also measures in the field of manpower training and staff management, which include practice of probation period for workers, enlisted in the reserve of manpower management, and signing of an association agreement in the field of education, science and manpower training with Tula State University and were estimated at their true worth. After the control of subdivisions Committee gave a positive evaluation of the work held at the factory.

 For reference “Tulachermet” public corporation obtained Certificate of accordance of system of quality management with requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2000 in 2004. The first recertification compliance was successfully passed in December 2006. Consequently the force of the Certificate of system of quality management, obtained by “Tulachermet” public corporation, is prolonged till 2010.
