On December 21, 2007 Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the copy of certificate of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about state registration of issue of announced shares of company dated December 13, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to certificate of AFS the issue is divided into 2,642,000 common shares, which were appropriated with national identification number KZ1C45320013. Issue is included to state register of securities under number A4532.

As of April 30, 2006 1,792,000 common shares were offered and paid, authorized capital was formed in size of KZT17,920,000,000.
