OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2007. Boris V. Obnosov, general director of the Corporation, received the Gratitude Diploma of the Governor of the Moscow region “for fruitful work and great contribution to implementation of the President’s programme of training managerial personnel in the Moscow region”, reported the press-centre of Tactical Missiles Corporation.

The programme has been launched in 1997. Its strategic goal is to improve the quality of management at domestic enterprises up to the international level.  Within the framework of the programme 5,000 managers annually take courses of "Management", "Marketing", "Finances and Credit " at leading educational institution of Russia.

Some graduates of the President’s programme of 2006 were trained at the Corporation last year. This year four employees of the enterprise have passed entrance exams and are studying now.
