OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2007. Engels Pipe Plant /Engels, Saratov region, part of ESTAR Group/ increased pipe production by 12.1% up to 67,500 t over 11 months of 2007 on the year-on-year basis, according to the press release of ESTAR Group.

Production of round water and gas pipes reached 54,200 t, shaped pipes - 13,300 t (over 11 months of 2006 the commercial output was 60,200 t, water and gas pipe products – 47,900 t, shaped pipes – 12,300 t).

Commercial output reached 5,200 t in November of 2007.

By the end of the year it is planned to reach the production rate of 71,700 t of commercial products (in 2006 pipe production reached 64,200 t).
