OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2007. The regular KAMAZ board of directors meeting took place in Moscow on 19 December.

The business plan of KAMAZ organizations for 2008 was approved. KAMAZ plans to produce 65 thousand vehicles (together with modernized ones), the volume of estimate proceeds is 127,8 billion rubles.

Because the objectives of the KAMAZ strategic development program for the period till 2010 were actually achieved, the board of directors decided to launch a new strategic development program. The new strategy of KAMAZ Inc. will be introduced no later than July 2008.

It was decided to early withdraw three members and appoint new board members of KAMAZ Inc. Yury Klochkov – First Deputy Director General of KAMAZ Inc., CEO and Kirill Puzyrkov – Deputy Director General of KAMAZ Inc. of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development took the places of Viktor Zhidilin, Vasil Kayumov and Zhamil Taghirov – the board members who had discontinued their membership.
