OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2007. Transaero Airlines, Russian second largest airline on international routes, opened at Moscow Domodedovo airport its new Information and service centre where every one can get assistance of the company's representatives, buy or change a ticket and find updated info on the carrier's flights' status and schedule, the press service of Transaero reported. Besides Transaero Airlines has become the first Russian airline which provides its passengers with several self check-in kiosks at Moscow Domodedovo International airport.

Information centre which is located in the main check-in area of the airport is a unique combination of design and technology including exclusive aquariums with toy fishes, the largest in the airport service plasma display and STEREO VARIO panels.

"Transaero always aims at making its passengers' trip cozy and pleasant both on the ground and in the air. And this Information centre together with self check-in kiosks at Domodedovo symbolize our bid to offer clients the best service they can get," said Olga Pleshakova, Transaero Airlines Director General.

"Domodedovo airport provides its partner airlines with all the things needed for comfortable operating conditions, passenger handling and business development. The new Information center comes out of the team-work between Transaero Airlines and Domodedovo airport," Sergey Rudakov, Domodedovo airport complex Director added.
