OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2007. The Board of Directors of PBG S.A. hereby informs that on 12th December 2007 it issued bearer bonds. The value of the issue is PLN 200,000,000 (say: two hundred million zlotys). Nominal value of 1 bond is: PLN 100.000, and minimum issue price will amount to 100% of bond’s Nominal Value. The purpose of the issue of bonds is the improvement of financing by means of changing a short-term debt into long-term debt, gaining funds for acquisitions/capital investments and payment of a current liability with regard to bonds issued in 2005. Guarantees, up to the value of the issue, as the law stipulates, have been granted by three Issuer’s subsidiaries: Hydrobudowa Wіocіawek SA, Infra Sp. z o.o. and Hydrobudowa 9 SA.
