OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2007. Nikolay P. Zakharchenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced his voluntary resignation due to his poor health on December 07, 2007, reported the press-centre of Surgutneftegas.

The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Zakharchenko, and appointed Vladimir P. Erokhin to act as Chairman until the Company holds the shareholder’s meeting.
