We meet our professional holiday as a uniform team of the grid complex of the North-West.

We are more than 16 thousand people and together we provide reliable electric power supply of consumers on the territory of nearby 8 million people professionally doing our duty.

The last year once again showed that high class specialists work for the power industry capable to accomplish tasks in the most difficult conditions. And the most important is that we are ready to come to each other's rescue, to search for and find ways of solution of the existing problems together. Each worker of IDGC of the North-West's companies brought a contribution to realization of our aims. This is a recipe for success of the further development.

Today the electric power industry of Russia not only carries out the basic mission that is it daily and hourly supplies light and warmth to millions of people, but also becomes a locomotive of development of the whole national economy. The sky is the limit. We should realize new large-scale investment projects, engage in reconstruction and new construction of power facilities, and introduce modern technologies.

I would like to offer congratulations to veterans of the sector, whose professionalism should be an example for young people to follow.
