OREANDA-NEWS. On December 19, 2007 "Azerigazbank" has attracted the credit of 8 mln. dollars from the International Bank of Azerbaijan, reported the press-centre of International Bank of Azerbaijan.

As Fininvest agency was informed by Azerigazbank, parties have entered into agreement on subject matter on December 3. Credit is provided for 2 years and will be used for funding of trading and financial operations.

Information on interests rates is not disclosed.

Debtor’s shareholders have approved the deal on the same date.

"We have been getting IBA credits before, however, this one is largest. We have commenced with $500 thousand, then $1 mln, $2 mln. and now $8 mln. Operation have required the shareholder approval", - bank has informed.
