OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2007. For 3 years of its work, JSC IDGC of the Center could demonstrate efficiency of its activity, high level of management, openness of the company in all spheres of its business. The evidence of efficiency is the received certificates and leading places in national ratings. Thus, in 2006 the Consortium of the Russian Institute of Directors and Expert RA Rating Agency gave IDGC of the Center B++ Corporate Governance Rating (in 2007 it was changed into 6+) according to the scale of the Corporate Governance National Rating. This means that practice of corporate governance in the company is estimated positively. Its level as a whole exceeds the middle rating on the given rating class.

This year the National Rating Agency has handed over to JSC IDGC of the Center the Certificate of High Business Solvency Rating ("A", 2nd level). Reception of the Certificate testifies that the company possesses low risk of solvency loss, is capable to exercise in full credit and debt liabilities. Financial indicators of JSC IDGC of the Center are at a good level. Activity of JSC IDGC of the Center is profitable, is characterized by a high level of profitability. 

JSC IDGC of the Center was first among all IDGC of Russia to receive the Certificate of Conformity of the System of Quality Management with ISO 9001:2000 International Standard. Besides, IDGC of the Center was first among all power companies of Russia to prepare for certification for conformity with a level of technological maturity in the field of management by projects under the standard of the International Project Management Association.

JSC IDGC of the Center is one of few Russian companies to be a corporate member of SOVNET Russian Project Management Association forming a part of the IPMA (International Project Management Association) (Zurich, Switzerland). Creation of complex system of servicing was an unprecedented fact in the monopolistic sector of the industry. Inseparable parts of the system became Contact Center, Centers of Internal Servicing and Internet Receptions. And today the uniform standard of clients servicing was developed for all affiliated companies of JSC RAO UES of Russia, within the limits of which the similar hot lines, service centers, Internet receptions are opened in all regions of Russia like in JSC IDGC of the Center. 

In April 2008, JSC IDGC of the Center becomes the uniform operational company, in which DGC subordinated as of the present moment will join to the Company in the form of branches. Therefore, the company within 3 years of its activity has been actively building the uniform information space; IDGC was first to introduce unique projects and to make a significant break regarding construction of a modern hi-tech control system.

This is a centralized system of controlling the economic activities on the basis of SAP SEM CPM, Motiw operational document control system, decisions on budgetary registration system, Material Service, uniform base on formation of registration data for calculation and accounting of transport of electric energy (IS-U). The company in the near future should automate completely all the basic processes of the uniform operational company.

One of postulates of the Mission and Values of JSC IDGC of the Center is: "Using the advanced knowledge and experience in management by grid complex, we care for quality of human life, family and society. Applying innovations, we perform our services more qualitatively and make it more accessible. We bear responsibility for reliable transfer of the electric power to each client and reception of stable incomes by our shareholders." Carrying out the mission, the company is very ambitious in its aims achievement and further development. The company plans to connect more than 447 MVA in 2007; in 2008 the capacity will increase up to 785 MVA. According to the forecast for 2009, this indicator will reach 824 MVA. This year JSC IDGC of the Center  will construct nearby 3 thousand km of networks, and till 2010 inclusive the company should build from above 11 thousand km of transmission lines and put in operation the substations of 35-110 kV for a total capacity of  2, 920 MVA.
