OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2007. In the closed ore stockyard, in the area of the primary fragmentation, work on replacement of the fixed riddle and the receiving bunker of the crusher SMD-86A №1. The area of the primary fragmentation in section SD&D  is considered to be one of the main area, where the primary preparation of crude ore for processing in PS №1 takes place. Not only the amount and quality of prepared for further processing crude ore, but also the volume of manual labour, expended by fragmentators on their servicing, depends on the condition of the fixed riddle and the receiving bunker of the crusher.

At the present time dismantling of the old one and mounting of the new fixed riddle and the receiving bunker of the crusher SMD-86A №1 is carried out. Brigades of the workshop of metallurgical equipment repairs are engaged in repair work. Replacement of the old equipment by the new one will contribute not only to high-quality and undisturbed operation, but also lighten the workers’ manual labour.
