OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2007. Aleksey Gordeev, the Minister of Agriculture, handed over personally the state reward to the chairman of the board of SAHO.

Pavel Valeryevich Skurikhin was born on the 30th of August, 1972. He graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University and Novosibirsk Economics and Management Academy. In 2000 he set up “Siberian Agrarian Holding” group and headed its board of directors. Pavel Skurikhin is a member of the Presidium of Russian Agrarian Movement, a member of the board of Russian Grain Union, a member of the Committee of Agribusiness Development of Russian Union of manufacturers and entrepreneurs, a member of the Supervisory Council of the National JudoVeterans Union of Russian Federation, the President of the sport-patriotic club “Leader”. Pavel Skurikhin is married with four children.

Order of Merit for Country is given for merits in manufacturing and agriculture, building industry and transportation, science and education, healthcare and culture and also in other spheres of labor activity; for substantial contribution to the defense of Fatherland, achievements in maintenance immediate military combat readiness of fighting units and troops, for excellent performance in combat training and other merits achieved during military service; for consolidation of law and ensuring order and state security.
