OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2007. BANK URALSIB has attracted a USD 137 million syndicated loan for the period of one year, the bank's press service reports. Dresdner Kleinwort and ING Bank acted as arrangers for the loan. The loan pays the margin of 1.0 % over Libor. These funds are intended to finance the foreign trade activities of the BANK's clients. Signing of the loan agreement will take place on December 18, 2007. Twelve banks from different countries made up structure of the syndicate. The latest loan is the fourth syndicated loan facility attracted by URALSIB in 2007. The loan facility was received during the crisis in the subprime and limited liquidity. New loan facility confirms the BANK's trusted reputation among the international creditors, and its long credit history.
