OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2007. On December 10, 2007,  the Board of Directors of OJSC Territorial Generating Company No.9 has determined the price of floatation of additional shares of the Company, TGC-9's press service reported.

The Board of Directors of OJSC TGC-9 made the decision to set the price of floatation to the amount of 0,00801 rubles per share.

In accordance with the decision taken earlier by the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC TGC-9, the increase of the authorized capital stock of OJSC TGC-9 through floatation of additional shares is fulfilled in order to attract TGC-9 cash assets in the amount of 17,033,736,000 (seventeen billion thirty three million seven hundred thirty six thousand) rubles.

The cash received by TGC-9 from floatation of additional shares will be used for realization of investment projects on development of the generating capacities.
