OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2007. System Capital Management was one of the sponsors of the European Union/ Ukraine Business (EUUBC) Council’s “Vechornytsi” evening which was held in Brussels at the Brewers’ House near the European Parliament, reported the press-centre of SCM. 

The event was hosted by the Executive Director of the EUUBC, James Wilson, and attracted  almost 100 guests drawn from the European Parliament, commission and the diplomatic and business communities in Brussels.

The reception was sponsored by System Capital Management and traditional Ukrainian delicacies and specialties were served to the international and Ukrainian guests to giving the reception a unique Ukrainian flavour and atmosphere.  The respected author and lobbyist Daniel Guegen was also on hand at the reception to sign copies of the new Ukrainian and Russian language editions of his definitive book “EU Lobbying”.

Commenting on the event Jock Mendoza-Wilson, SCM’s Director of International and Investor Relations, said: “it is good to be able to meet with those officials and politicians at the heart of the European Union and give them an opportunity to sample Ukrainian hospitality and Culture and get better understanding of Ukraine in an informal setting.”
