OREANDA-NEWS. December 13, 2007. A seminar “Information Technologies and Information Security of KAMAZ Inc.” was held at KAMAZ.
Representatives of authority, research and educational institutions studying problems of communication and informatization, businessmen of Tatarstan and Russia working in this field and dealers of large international companies participated in the seminar. Among the latter there are such firms of repute as IBM, LANDesk, Rainbow Technologies, Powercom, Trend Micro, Stins Corp., Avocent, Novell.

IT experts and scientists made reports about systems of information protection against internal misuse and outside security threats. Representatives of business groups and KAMAZ shared an experience with the participants of the seminar and explained how the companies realize decisions in the sphere of information security. They also touched upon the issue of KAMAZ experts’ training.
