OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2007. The changes in the charter of OAO RTM will be discussed during the extraordinary general meeting of the Company which is to be held, according to  RTM's Board of directors, RTM's press service reported.

The charter of OAO RTM is to be altered with reference of registration of the additional issue of common shares in the amount of 40 000 000 by the Federal Financial Markets Service, which took place on August 2, 2007. As a result of additional issue's registration, OAO RTM's registered capital increased to 140 000 rubles.

Another subject for OAO RTM's extraordinary general meeting to consider will be changes into "Regulations on Board of directors of OAO RTM".
