OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2007. Seminar "Modern technologies of wood dessication. Problems of high-quality timber production" was conducted as part of the Day of Innovative Technologies, held by MVK-Group at its exhibition center. The speakers touched upon the technology of vacuum impulse dessication and projects of new national round timber standards.

This seminar is not the only event of the kind; every day a number of business events is held in the framework of the exhibition. The conference Progressive technologies of lumber house-building and manufacture of lumber-core boards was organized on December 5; this practical seminar is dedicated to the modern and effective method of angle sawing.  On that day there was also organized the press-conference "Xylexpo’2007 – World Exhibition of Woodworking Technologies" .
