On December 11, 2007 DB Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the copy of decision of its sole shareholder - ALFA-BANK OJSC (Moscow, Russia) dated October 18, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to  the provided document the sole shareholder of bank determined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (Almaty) as audit organization, conducting the audit of DB Alfa-Bank JSC.
