OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2007. The stage two of the subscription to the JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" newly emitted ordinary shares ended on December 6th 2007, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The total amount of the emitted shares is 2`240`000. During the stage one and the stage two of the subscription 1'707'948 were subscribed and fully paid, which comprise 76% of all the emitted shares.

There are 532'052 non-placed shares.

The stage three of the subscription will take place on December 12th 2007 from 10:00 o'clock until 17:00 o'clock. 532'052 (five hundred thirty two thousand fifty-two) ordinary shares will be offered for the subscription.

Any investor is entitled to participate in stage three and subscribe to all offered shares.

The JSC "Latvijas Krajbanka" will inform about the results of the stage three of the subscription and about the results of the whole public offer on its website www.lkb.lv not later than by December 18th 2007.
