On November 15, 2007, in the English city of Oxford, the International Corporation of Social Partnership European Business Assembly presented Queen Victoria Commemorative Medal  to Togliattiazot's President Vladimir Mahklay for maintaining traditional values of virtue, bravery and integrity.
