OREANDA-NEWS. December 11, 2007. Over 200 young power engineering specialists demonstrated the research and technical developments for the 5 last conferences of the Holding companies. As in the last year, the start to research debates was given by specialists of Regional Dispatch Office (RDU) JSC "Tatenergo", who placed the high level of both the reports and methods of presentation.

The first place was awarded to the report about utilization of the modern software and technical complex of devices for enhancing the reliability of power supply to consumers, second – to the report about utilization of the software "Calculation of Deviations", designed for minimization of the losses of the plants when working on the balancing market of electricity, with economical efficiency up to 700,000 rubles monthly.

Conference in JSC "Generation Company" this year was attended by the most number of attendants and was characterized by the strict selection of the best reports. Among them were the reports of the young representatives from each division of the company, the first place was given to the participant Ms. Clara Abdurahmanova for report "Frequency and Power (SАRCHМ) adjusting system adaptation to double- blocks 200 МW at Zainsk Condensation Plant".

The issues of the automation were discussed by the young specialists of Kazan Thermal Grid Company, making presentations at the research and practical conference of JSC "КТC". The best were named the reports on automation of central thermal stations and transporation control.

The youth of JSC "Grid Company" and JSC "Tatenergo" head-quarters ended the conference. Among the reports of young specialists of the grid divisions the best was named the report by Alexander Buravov "Device for Connecting the PC to device of tele-mechanics "Granite", aimed at reduction of time for maintenance of tele-mechanics and localization of the work station within one substation. In the conference of the Head-Quarters the winner was Dilbar Abdrahimov wit thesis "Forecast of Electricity Consumption".

Managers of divisions participating in the conferences, said that many of the research offers have been utilized in production or will be utilized soon. The same work was done with the current reports, the high level of which was emphasized by the managers of the companies in the course of the conferences. Basing on results of the passed conferences of the "Tatenergo" Holding companies were determined the 3 bets reports that will tale part in the general system youth research and practical conference, scheduled for the December this year.
